.CO domain name pre-ordering terms & conditions

• Pre-ordering of .CO domain names operates strictly on a first come first serve basis. If the domain name in question is pre-ordered with us by another customer before your own their registration will be submitted first.

• You acknowledges that whilst Heart Internet will attempt to register a pre-ordered .CO domain, Heart Internet does not accept any liability if the .CO domain name cannot be registered for any reason.

• Heart Internet's obligation for the registration of the pre-ordered .CO domain name is limited to forwarding the pre-order list on the 20th of July 2010

• Payment for the .CO domain you have pre-ordered will be taken at the time of placing the pre-order.

• If you are unsuccessful obtaining the registration of your pre-ordered .CO domain name(s) all money will be refunded. Refunds will only be given if your pre-order has failed.

• You acknowledge that the .CO launch date is not within the control of Heart Internet and may change without notice. If the launch date does change, Heart Internet will attempt to register all pre-ordered domain names on the new launch date. A change of launch date does not constitute a valid reason to claim a refund on your pre-order.

• Heart Internet's usual terms and conditions of business also apply to .co pre-orders. You may view these at http://www.heartinternet.co.uk/terms/

• Heart Internet reserves the right to end this service or amend the terms and conditions of this service at any time without prior notice or consent.
