Our Reseller accounts allow you to host as many full shared hosting accounts as you like. You never pay a penny more, no matter how many accounts you create. Every account is a proper full shared hosting account, not just a domain name mapped to a directory. You can customise each account to any level you like, from how much web space and bandwidth your customers get, to selecting what CGI scripts a customer can install from their control panel.

Accounts Setup in Real Time

Not only is your reseller account setup in real time but any accounts you setup for your customers are also added, deleted or edited in real time. Some hosting companies can only allow hosting accounts to be setup in business hours. With Heart Internet you can setup hosting accounts 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, 365 days a year!

Branded Control Panel

We have taken control panel branding to a new level. As standard we provide 120 professionally designed templates that you can apply to the control panels of all your customers with one click of your mouse. Some examples are shown below.

You can also create your own look and feel and upload it to our servers via your Reseller Control Centre and can change this as often as you like. We even provide sample HTML templates to get you started, which means that you can easily create your own themes, including your own colours, logos, fonts, images, and anything else you want.

Heart Internet's name does not appear in the eXtend Control Panel 2.0 - we have gone to great lengths to hide Heart Internet from your customers.

You can also change the name "eXtend" to any name you like and you can also have your own control panel web address, e.g. cp.your-domain.co.uk or you can setup cp.all-domains-you-host.com which gives your customers a really simple control panel address to remember. When your customers login to the control panel they are shown useful information such as your company contact details and support information.

Generic Secure Server

Any web hosting account you set up can include a generic secure server account at no additional cost. The secure server allows the entire website to be viewed securely, which means that you don't have to log into a separate server to upload your secure files.

Generic Name Servers

You can use our generic name servers on any domains you register through Heart Internet or via other means. Using the Heart Internet domain control panel you can also specify the admin, billing and technical contacts for a domain name to be yourself rather than Heart Internet. For a small fee of £100 per year you can even have your own name server addresses e.g. ns.yourname.com and ns2.yourname.com.

Total Real Time Control

Heart Internet is all about great value and giving our customers control of their own account. With your Heart Internet Reseller account you can add, edit or delete web hosting accounts in real time, add or delete domain name mappings, change your control panel theme or create your own, create any number of web hosting packages and tailor them to your customers exact requirements. You can deactivate and reactivate web hosting accounts and easily login to your customers web hosting control panels without even specifying a username and password. All of these features can be done in real-time, 24 hours a day.

Customer Management Database

Our simple yet effective customer-management database allows you to store all your customers' details online, associate customers with web hosting accounts and send emails to groups of customers, all in our easy-to-use system.

Our Reseller Professional package now also includes HostPay. HostPay is a highly customisable shopping cart for Heart Internet Resellers, allowing you to sell web hosting, domains and add-on products to end users through your website. Renewal Notifications

This helpful feature informs you when your customers' accounts are due for renewal. When you activate a new web hosting account you simply specify when you would like to be reminded that you need to charge your customer for their renewal and our system will let you know automatically.

Your Own Welcome Emails and Index Page

This feature allows you to configure your own welcome emails to be automatically sent to your customers when they open an account. You can also configure the default index page that is placed in their account when it is opened.

Resell Domains - Full Domain Control Panel Included

The Domain Name Control Panel allows Resellers to resell domain names with features such as web and email forwarding and pass on the management of these features to their customers via our new white label Domain Name Control Panel.

The new Control Panel is personalised to each Reseller including logos and contact details, even the web address to access the Control Panel can be customised using one of the Resellers domain names or like with eXtend you could use domain.all-domains-you-host.com. This feature allows you to add a customised support database into the eXtend control panel and include the support categories that matter to your customers. This white label feature automatically picks up the name of your web hosting control panel and replaces the name eXtend with this. It also includes your own contact details and company name.

The great thing about this feature is that it dramatically reduces the amount of support you receive from your customers.

Our powerful WebMail system can be accessed in a number of ways, either you can use our generic URL www.outitgoes.com or you can configure an address such as webmail.your-domain.com or webmail.all-domains-you-host.com which would give your customers a really easy address to remember.

You can easily brand the WebMail login page with your own HTML and you can configure the page users go to when they logout of WebMail.
