You can set up as number of many web hosting packages as you need, all with different features. You can even change individual accounts or update a whole block of accounts with new features in one go.

User Management

Our resellers have the ability to create multiple log-ins on their account, each with different permissions and access to distinct sections of the Reseller Control Centre. You can create as many log-ins as you like, as well as create groups with shared permissions or set individual permissions per user.

For example, you may want your support staff to have access to support tickets and be able to view hosting accounts, but not be able to edit the look and feel of your control panel or you may want a developer to have access to the API but not your customer database.

Brand your customer’s web hosting control panels using your own look and feel. To help get you started, we have provided sample HTML templates, which means you can easily create your own themes, including your own colours, logos, fonts, and images.

Brandable WebMail

You can offer your customers access to our powerful WebMail system allowing them to access their emails wherever they are.

Additionally, you can easily brand the WebMail login page with your own HTML, as well as configure the page users go to when they log out of their WebMail.

Generic Name Servers

You can use our generic name servers on any of your domain names. Using the Heart Internet domain control panel you can also specify the admin, billing and technical contacts for a domain name to be yourself rather than Heart Internet. For a small fee you can even have your own name server addresses e.g. ns.yourname.com and ns2.yourname.com.

Generic Secure Server

Any web hosting account you set up can include a generic secure server account at no additional cost. The secure server allows the entire website to be viewed securely, which means your customers don't have to log into a separate server to upload their secure files.

Custom Hosting Account Welcome Emails

This feature allows you to configure and brand your own welcome emails to be automatically sent to your customers when they open a new account. You can also auto-insert account information such as login details, package information and links to your support pages

Custom Hosting Account Index Page

Rather than just show a blank page, if your customer hasn’t uploaded their web files, you can configure a default index page to be shown instead.

Renewal Mmanager

The renewal manager will inform you when your customers' accounts are due for renewal. When you activate a new web hosting account, you simply specify when you would like to be reminded that you need to charge your customer for their renewal, and our system will let you know automatically.

Domain Control Panel For Your Customers

The Domain Name Control Panel allows Resellers to resell domain names with features such as web and email forwarding and pass on the management of these features to their customers via our white label Domain Name Control Panel.

The Control Panel is personalised to each Reseller including logos and contact details, even the web address to access the Control Panel can be customised using one of the Resellers domain. Resellers can choose which features are in their Control Panel, including:

Generic Nominet Tag

Use our generic Nominet for all your UK domain names to hide Heart Internet from your customers. You can also add your contact details to the domain name’s registrar details.

Domain Robot – Multiple Domains Fast

The Heart Internet Domain Robot allows customers wishing to register, transfer in or renew a domain name, to do so via email. A simple template is sent to the “Domain Robot”, and is automatically processed in seconds. The domain name then appears in the customer’s account.

The system is ideal for customers registering large numbers of domains or customers who wish to integrate domain name registration into an automated order process.

Multiple Site Files & Folders Backup

Backups are vital for any website, especially if you make regular changes or it has data that cannot be easily replicated. As a Reseller Pro customer, you can choose to back up a selection of your customers websites, or all of them, in one go. You can choose to offer this as a free service or as a paid extra.

Multiple MySQL Backup

Provide your customers with peace of mind and help them prevent data loss and 3rd party intrusion by backing up their databases. You can do it on a case by case basis, or back them up all in one go.

Account Wide Bandwidth Report

View all your accounts in one easy report that shows you their bandwidth usage for the current month so far, the previous month’s total and the total bandwidth allocation for the website. From here you can also enable/ disable specific websites with a click of a button.

If you use WHMCS to look after your online business’ client management, billing and/ or support you can manage your Heart Internet reseller web hosting using WHMCS as well. Supported functionality includes, registering and transferring domain names (plus renewals), web hosting account creation and suspension, automatic upgrades/downgrades, and password resets (from the client & admin area). Use your Heart Internet Reseller API key to activate the modules.
