Jonathan Brealey
Director & co-founder
One of the key figures in the UK hosting over the past decade, starting in 1997, Jonathan realised that even though the Internet was becoming increasingly popular, web hosting services were predominantly technical in nature. This meant that customers needed a good level of technical expertise to manage their accounts, often including UNIX skills. Jonathan and Tim set out to change this with the launch of Webfusion.
Upon leaving Webfusion Jonathan and Tim identified reseller hosting as an underserved and stagnant market they could tangibly improve. In the years since Heart Internet launched the company has constantly raised the bar for web hosting leading to Heart Internet being named the UK's fastest growing internet company in 2009.
Tim Beresford
Director & co-founder
Tim has been shaping the industry since he co-founded Webfusion (1997) and its sister site 123-reg (2000) with Jonathan Brealey. Innovations such as the first automated web hosting control panel, dedicated servers for SMEs, and low cost domain names have all been driven by Tim and Jonathan's companies.
Leaving Webfusion/ 123-reg in 2003, Tim went on to launch Heart Internet with Jonathan in 2004, continuing the innovative approach to web hosting that Tim and Jonathan have always pioneered. Continuous product development backed by market leading customer support has placed Heart Internet as a top 5 domain name registrar, one of the biggest web hosts in the UK and the UK's largest reseller web host.

Craig Cotter
Customer Champion
Craig joined Heart Internet as a member of support, and was promoted to a management position in just over a year. Craig's role is to put our customers at the heart of all our decision making and ensure that the customer experience is as positive as possible through product testing and consulting with our focus groups. Craig is constantly investigating and modifying procedures and systems to reduce the workload of both Heart Internet customers and staff.

Jim Driscoll
Product Development Team Leader
Another member of the team with over 10 years experience in the web hosting industry, Jim joined Heart Internet before the company officially launched and has been involved in the development of the company's products since 2004.
Responsible for guiding the development of new products and features, recent additions include the Reseller API and iPhone control panel. -
Richard Poole
System Admin Team Leader
A veteran of the web hosting industry, Richard has been involved with web hosting since 1999. Richard was the second member of staff to join the company way back in 2004 and he has been running the system admin team ever since.
Tasked with the proactive management of Heart Internet's internal systems and web hosting servers, system admin essentially ensure our customers websites are available at all times. -
Tim Reed
Finance Manager
Tim joined Heart Internet in 2008 from Smith Cooper, one of the UK's leading accountancy firms. With over 30 years experience in senior finance roles he brings a wealth of knowledge to Heart internet. Tim is an active member of his local community, holding positions on the boards of various local community groups and charities.

Ben Scott
Senior Web Designer
Ben oversees all of Heart Internet's design, usability, SEO and conversion optimisation work both online and offline.
Upon arriving at Heart Internet in 2009, Ben set about completely redesigning the Heart Internet website and all supporting marketing collateral. Ben has also been responsible for the re-design of all Heart Internet's newsletters, HostPay templates, control panel, banners and promotional material. -
Matthew Telfer
Marketing Manager
Having held senior marketing positions at another of the UK's leading web hosts for 4 years, Matthew joined Heart Internet in early 2009. With a passion for online marketing, in the time he has been with the company Matthew has shaped Heart Internet's marketing strategy increasing the company's brand awareness and helping to cement Heart Internet's position as the UK's largest reseller web host.

Alison Yeatman
Customer Service Manager
Alison is responsible for our customer service strategy and ensuring we maintain our position as one of the UK's leading web hosts for customer support. Having previously set up and managed Nottingham City Council's repair services call centre, Alison joined Heart Internet from Boots where she managed a team in excess of 200 support members. Alison's passion for customer service and strong people skills has put customers at the centre of Heart Internet.
