Customer Control Panel
- Give your customers one login point for their services. Once they have logged in they will not have to specify any other usernames or passwords to access any of their web hosting control panels (eXtend) or the Domain Control Panel.

Store Administration
- Manage HostPay through the Reseller Control Centre in your Heart Internet account.
- Install HostPay on any web hosting package on your account using our OneClick install technology.
- HostPay installation automatically uses Heart Internet secure server (SSL) or if you have your own personalised secure server it will automatically use this.
- Re-install HostPay to a new location at any time without losing any settings.
- Supports multiple currencies including Pound Sterling, Euro, US Dollar, Canadian Dollar and Japanese Yen.
- Built in support for UK VAT or configure your own tax names and rates.
- Fully integrated with the Heart Internet Domain Robot for registering, transferring and renewing domains. Use other registration methods as well. You can also automatically setup .com domain privacy.
- Testing your store is easy, by putting your store into test mode you can place orders without credit cards being charged; web hosting packages being setup or domain names being registered.
- Terms and conditions. You can provide a link to your own terms or download a copy of ours and customise them.

- Choose which countries you will allow customers to sign-up from.
- Allow customers to select how they found you by defining Customer Referral Sources, simply list everywhere you advertise so you can find out which advertising is working for you.
- Configure support options so customers can access your own ticketing system or use our email based support system.
- View all your customers as a list and then drill down to view specific customer information including name, address, email address, login details and password, services purchased (with password-less access to eXtend and the Domain Control Panel), invoices and refund feature. Use the handy comments field to record notes about your customers.
- View shopping baskets that your customers have not yet purchased.
