For the last 12 months I have paid for web hosting with a provider from Canada. However, I found that the tools for maintaining the site were very difficult to use, even the email client. I wanted free hosting for my own personal website, control panel tools that were easy to use, and extra features that could improve my website. I just want to say how much I enjoy the heart internet control for managing multiple domains. So refreshing after some of the over complex and non user friendly systems that other registrars have. I had a reseller account with Fasthosts for many years and saw their customer service evaporate. Their servers are old and don't have any control panels. I changed to 3 other hosting companies in the space of three months before being recommended to Heart by a nice Fasthosts employee. I've never looked back! I researched and tested out numerous Reseller accounts but Heart Internet by far exceeds the offerings of other providers - especially with HostPay. You know exactly what the reseller needs (i.e. online registration, invoices, auto emails etc). I just wanted to write a BIG thank you to you and the guys in support, you have made me feel most welcome as a new account holder, nothing has been too much trouble for any of you when I have asked questions or needed help during this huge migration. I am happy to say that the migration is now 100% complete and is all functioning normally.

I must say I did expect to see some difference in performance when I moved the sites from a dedicated server to the reseller package that I have with you, but I am happy to see I have noticed NO change in performance at all which is great.

I requested support for information regarding setting up GPG, again they we extremely helpful and enabled SSH for me in no time at all which enabled me to get GPG set up quickly.

I can't praise the guys enough for everything, Demon could certainly learn a LOT about customer services from you all.

The service you offer is outstanding, sites never down, email always working, and above all else when I have contacted your support team with questions I get near on instant answers. Well impressed with your company, host package and control panel, I transferred with minimal fuss and down time, the sales people were very helpful both via email and on the phone, I can only say what a breath of fresh air the whole package is, I will be recommending Heart Internet to past present and future clients without a doubt, I will also take the time to post some reviews on all the major host review sites...good stuff, very happy with the service you provide.

I have just moved my domain name into Heart. I have to say it was the quickest and easiest bit of admin I have ever had to do. It seems like you have got this exactly right i.e. quick AND easy! It took 24 hours to get UK2 just to change the TAG whilst it took literaly 5 mins to setup my account with Heart. Based on previous experience with web hosts that is nothing short of amazing.

The web site is clear and the service superb. A really BIG thank you for making hosting what it should be! I will recommend you to colleagues and friends without hesitation based on this single experience !!! Cheers !!!

I am used to managing my own servers and have been in system development for many years, during that time my standards and expectations have become rather high.

I must say that these standards and expectations have been far exceeded!

I signed up for my hosting account a couple of hours ago, the whole process flowed beautifully, in the time it took me to make a coffee my account was set up and after setting up a couple of mail boxes my new domain had resolved! I always assumed these shared hosting accounts were extremely locked down and lacked functionality, you have completely changed my view on this and I will be recommending you to all!

Your movie tutorial for setting up email accounts in Outlook Express is exactly what I needed to see! I've always used webmail as I could never get my head around POP3, IMAP, SMTP etc, even when sent detailed instructions from previous hosting providers. Excellent movie showing you step by step, you can't go wrong.

It is now almost a year to the day since we first began migrating our client's websites to Heart Internet's servers. The feedback from our clients has been positive. Better service, quicker response times on problems, easy-to-install web extras, scripts etc, and so on.

Also, by moving to your servers, we saved a lot of money annually (and got a better service) which enabled us to offer discounts to our more favoured clients. Sites are easy to set up and install and the whole process is fairly straightforward (a lot more so than our last hosting company) - even complex migrations have been easier and swifter.

All things considered, moving to Heart Internet has been a very positive step for our company and we intend to remain with you for the foreseeable future.
