We have converted another one of our HostPay templates in to a HTML/ CSS template and thrown in an exclusive newsletter template (using the same branding) for good measure! The web template comes with a home page, product page and generic content page and is fully W3C compliant. The newsletter has been tested across the likes of Outlook, Hotmail Yahoo and Google.

New Customer Navigation Features

We are writing to let you know of two small (But highly useful) additions to the customer control panel. The focus we had when creating these features was “How can we improve control panel navigation” and as a result we implemented both “Quick Find” search and added a breadcrumb navigation, we believe with these new additions to the CP that our customers can now locate pages & settings much faster than before.

We have recently received several requests for the ability to add SRV DNS records to domains, and we were happy to oblige. For those who don’t know, DNS stands for Domain Name System and is how a computer translates a domain name like heartinternet.co.uk to the address of the actual computer that the website lives on.
