We’ve added a brand new feature to your customer control panel – the ability to associate your social media usernames with your Heart Internet account.
Adding your active personal and business usernames will help us respond to your comments on social media more effectively, saving you and us time. We’re always looking for ways we can add to the service we provide, particularly in regards to customer services and interaction. It’s also a great way to ensure that we’re discussing the right information with the right people for added security.
The details you provide will be treated as confidential information and stored securely in our system for internal use only. If we’ve seen you around on social media you may already have your Twitter username listed in your account; please log in and check to make sure it’s right!
You can add as many IDs as you like for Twitter, Facebook, LinkedIn and Google+. Go here and you’ll see this screen:
Simply choose the social network you want to add from the drop down menu, and type your username in the box to the right before pressing ‘Update now’.
In the future we’re looking to integrate social media more into our services in addition to rewarding the fantastic people who repeatedly give us such great reviews and recommendations on social networks.
