Hi, it says “Please email us from the address associated with your Heart Internet account”, does that mean I have to already be a Heart customer? It also says “No purchase necessary to enter” so is there a free account? Sorry if it’s just me being thick! I follow you on twitter but as far as I remember I don’t have an account with you as such.
