I’d like to say a big thanks to all our resellers who took part in the survey over these past couple of weeks. We will be picking and announcing the winner of the Samsung Galaxy soon.

We are just starting to go through all the data but we have already seen a number of ideas and suggestions we really like. All the positive feedback about our services was great to hear, and it’s always nice to know when you are doing things right, but just as important was the feedback where you think we can improve.

The survey has helped us identify some gaps that we need to fill, and that’s just what we are going to do. For example, one of the most common requests was for more marketing and business support material. If you were one of those people, keep your eyes peeled in the coming weeks!
