Thanks for compiling all of this. I’ve been highly sceptical about the real business benefits of using Twitter, the payback always seem so nebulous.

Very helpful post. I’ve been getting into Twitter over the past couple of weeks.
I’ve noticed that it’s partial to a bit if spammy followers/selling.
I’ve tried to make my tweets interesting by posting a ppc/seo/HTML tip each day. This had attracted a couple of followers, but still in the early stages.
