PayPal Website Payments Pro now available in HostPay

Posted by Matthew on 16/02/2010

We are pleased to announce that all Heart Internet resellers can now use PayPal Pro to take payment on their website. PayPal Pro allows you to accept payment directly on your website or by phone, fax and mail. Customers can pay you with all major debit and credit cards without having to leave your website as well as use their PayPal balance and activate bank transfers.

To get started log in to your HostPay control panel and click on ‘Payment Gateways’. From here you can input all your details and styling information to activate PayPal Pro. Before starting we would recommend you read our payment gateway set up guides which will help you get up and running as quickly as possible.

This follows the recently added Customer support ticket system in HostPay and Exclusive monthly contract dedicated servers for resellers.

    Hi Steve,

Great news, this is a really useful new feature.

Now if you could just add direct ‘White Label’ support for our customers then you guys would really rock.

It’s the one feature that would be the icing on the cake for Heart, along with a 100% green energy commitment :)

Looking forward to whats coming next.

    Will

I’m not a customer (yet) but was wanting to read more about this new feature.

Are there any links (e.g. the “payment gateway set up guides”) that don’t require a username and password to read?

  3. Great blog ….
    thanks:)

Does this featue support 3D-Secure for Maestro payments?

    • Matthew says:

      Gavin

Yes it does, We have to support 3D-Secure if we want to offer Maestro with PayPalPro – PayPal don’t allow us not to!
