After months of hard work behind the scenes by our designers and developers, as you can see, we have launched our brand new site. We are really proud of the new design and apart from looking really good it has been designed to be much easier to navigate and find information about all our products and services. If you are an existing customer you will also find that your control panel has had a lick of paint. What do you think? Let us know by leaving a comment below.
Another new addition you will have noticed is Suzi Perry on our website. As an industry web hosting often falls in to the trap of using unnecessarily technical terms to describe our products. We take for granted what Bandwidth (traffic), POP3 (Email), FTP (transferring files) and MySQL (data base) mean (and how to use them) but they can be off putting for new comers.
In an effort to help simplify web hosting for people intimidated by the industry’s use of technical jargon we have teamed up with technology TV presenter Suzi Perry. Suzi will appear throughout our web site and you will soon start to see her crop up in our magazine adverts to help bring a familiar face to hosting. Social networks essentially give people a one page website and we want to show how easy it is to move on and create your own site.

I’m also impressed with the new design – especially on the control panel side. I’m a new reseller and I have to admit my initial impression of the control panel was that it looked a little tired and clunky (only visually – not in terms of features)! The new design however is much better!

If I had to say one thing about it, I would tweak the footer slightly by removing some of the “white space” at the bottom.

the old website looked so ugly and hard to navigate and was wondering why this was the case especially since Heart is in the Internet industry, but since they have uploaded the new website – it looks much more cleaner and more efficient.

I came to the website to manage some of my domains and I noticed the site has had a revamp. The footer needs a little tweeking but apart from that the site looks great and is easier to use.
