The part that I think people should pay REAL attention to is the content section. Personally, I rate content above everything else. After all, if you don't have something that people want to read in the first place then they wont stay around long, they wont link to you and you wont get any returning traffic. Building backlinks is another great way to get good ranking from Google. They themselves are constantly telling people that links from others counts for a lot when they come to rank your site. Something that should certainly not be overlooked.
