Looking forward to seeing what's new here in the future.
Keep up the good work ... I'm really pleased we have stuck with you (under the heading of our reseller business) since the early days! :-)

Congratulations on finally getting a blog for Heart Internet.

I must admit I am surprised that you are using WordPress for your blogging platform.

I think that WordPress is a great platform for blogging and I now feel less guilty about the overall bloatyness that my WordPress blog must cause on your Heart Internet servers.

I have been working on ways to reduce things like mySQL queries with the use of my own WordPress creations... Development is slow because I make use of SSH and a live development copy of my website...

I have been wondering if you will ever set your SSH services to use SSH keys and also if you ever plan to put SVN client functionality onto your servers?

This would help heaps with automatic updating etc.

Once again, Congratulations :)

Is this going to be an interactive forum in addition to the support ticket system?
